Today we are more dependent than ever on technology. It is in how we communicate, in the way we live and currently even in the infrastructure of our homes. As part of this transformation, it is increasingly necessary for talent to dedicate themselves to programming, the language that governs technological and digital ecosystems.

However, dedicating yourself to programming is not necessarily a straight path. As it happens with the job of interpreting, the programmer must know different languages that will help him to register and execute the commands of his creations.

Language? Yes. In programming, there are different types of languages: they are sign systems that allow interaction between humans and computers. Although most of the languages are versatile and serve to achieve almost any objective, today we present you a list of the most common ones and their main use case.

1.PYTHON

The first of the programming languages that we will meet in this list was born in 1991. Although today it is the first reference in programming, it took some time for it to gain public attention.

Currently it stands out among the majority for its versatility and its ability to learn, becoming a must have for programmers who want to work in Machine Learning and Data Science.

Not only is it easy to use and it focuses on making it easy to read. It also allows you to assemble all kinds of applications and web pages. It is also an incredible ally for projects that involve a lot of data analysis.

2.JAVA

When it comes to versatility, Java is the star of the party. For many years, it captured the attention of programmers around the world, due to its “object” oriented approach. An approach that also allows it to work without conflicts on any hardware.

During its heyday, it was the standard language for the development of all kinds of smart machinery, such as points of sale, ATMs, smart coffee machines, and even web pages.

3.JAVASCRIPT

Those of you from the 90s generation will surely remember the hundreds of free games that many websites used to publish in the early 2000s. These games were mostly created with JavaScript.

This language is used, above all, for web development and interaction between the program and its user. It is usually behind the operation of buttons, online games, animations, and even digital forms.

In addition to being a language that is widely used, it is very versatile and easy to learn xxx porno, making it ideal for beginners.

4. SWIFT

Are you interested in the world of apps? You may have to start by learning this language. After all, it is this one that will allow you to publish on the Apple App Store.

It was created precisely by this company, as a hallmark for its applications. It is very similar to its ancestor, the “Objective-C” language, highlighting clarity among its main characteristics.

5. C (AND ALL ITS DERIVATIVES)

The last language on this list was born between 1969 and 1972, thanks to Dennis Ritchie at Bell Laboratories. His idea was to create an evolution of the B language, which would allow it to do more in the implementation of various operating systems.

Over time, and thanks to the versatility of this language, other languages have emerged that are derived from C: C/C++, C# and Objective.

Now that you know the most popular languages, which one would you like to start learning?

ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE IN EVERYDAY LIFE

ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE IN EVERYDAY LIFE

Although Artificial Intelligence or AI may sound like a very futuristic technology, the truth is that it is already part of our lives, but not only that, it influences much of our decisions and the content we consume. But not only that, it influences a large part of our decisions and the content we consume. Do you want to know more?

It is true that AI is often associated with robots. However, this is not necessarily true. In fact, AI has developed mostly in the form of software. The principle is the combination of algorithms applied to machines that exhibit human-like characteristics.

According to computer experts Stuart Rusell and Peter Norvig, there are different types of AI: those that think like humans (e.g. artificial neural networks), those that act like humans (e.g. robots), systems that think rationally and systems that act rationally.

In general, the most common AI systems are those that “think like humans,” which are in charge of automating decisions, solving problems and, above all, learning. Now, how and why are they in our daily lives?

HOW IS AI PRESENT IN OUR DAILY LIVES?

AI is present in practically all our daily activities that involve technology. For example, facial recognition on our smartphone is AI. Likewise, assistants such as Siri or Google’s assistant also rely on this technology to recognise voice, and perform searches and actions. But not only those on the phone tukif, but also those in the home.

According to a study by HP Development Company, in the United States, one in three households uses a smart speaker. Similarly, 81% of them have a voice assistant. These work thanks to what is known as PLN, or natural language processing, and are able to recognise and respond to commands.

HOW IS AI PRESENT IN OUR DAILY LIVES?

In that sense, what is known as the Internet of Things also relies on AI to function. All smart appliances in the home can be connected to each other, thereby automating processes and making life easier.

AI ON THE INTERNET AND SOCIAL NETWORKS

Another application of AI that we can see every day is on the internet and social media. When we search for something on Google, and the text predicts what we mean, it is also AI. The predictive search engine uses the information it knows about you and users who look like you (taking into account age, location, likes, etc.) and guesses what you want to say.

It’s a similar idea to what online shops, such as Amazon, use to collect your information, shopping habits and more to personalise your experience. Speaking of personalisation, social networks also use similar programmes to select content that “looks” like you, content that interests you, and of course, advertising. The idea is to create an experience tailored to you. By the way, this is also done by streaming and music platforms, they get to know your taste to suggest the songs you like the most (although sometimes they fail).

AI ON THE INTERNET AND SOCIAL NETWORKS

As we can see, AI is more present in our lives than we imagine. However, beyond these uses, this technology is already present in fields such as art and writing. We still don’t know how far it will go, and whether we will like the result or whether we will soon be in a dystopia… Or are we already in one?

THE FAILURE THAT CAUSED YOUR FAVORITE GAME MECHANICS

THE FAILURE THAT CAUSED YOUR FAVORITE GAME MECHANICS

Everyone is wrong, regardless of the scale, scope, or implications of the context. However, where some errors are just that, accidents, others have ended up generating revolutionary discoveries. It happens in the kitchen, it happens in art and, of course, it happens in video games.

If you’re not sure about this, just look at titles like Skyrim, where players take advantage of glitches to find new ways to play and have fun, as well as how funny and unusual what we end up seeing on screen can be.

However, the title that brings us together here today goes far beyond that. This game, far from causing laughter or feeding the evil devil of the roguery of its gaming community, created a new way of playing and, subsequently, revolutionized how most similar titles look and play.

Yes sirs. We talk about Quake.

QUAKE AND THE STRAFE-JUMPING

Those who are knowledgeable gamers or simply have a lot of time in front of the computer, will surely remember this title fondly. A series of games with numerous installments and versions, which first saw the light of day on June 22, 1996.

A shooting game, like many others. Objectives, quite simple: aim and kill. So what about Quake that was revolutionary in its time? It wasn’t about what the developers delivered to their audience…it was about what their audience did with the game.

It turns out that, by chance or fate, the players began to notice something unusual, but convenient. For some reason, if they moved by jumping, they could gain speed within the map. After the technique became popular, it was baptized as strafe-jumping porno français.

The technique was especially useful, especially at competitive levels, as it allowed the player to not only go faster for free. But, in addition, you exceeded the character’s maximum movement speed. Three factors were involved in this: the release of friction when walking, the diagonal movement of the character, and the manipulation of the game camera.

There is no reason to lie. Those who know about this technique are aware that it was not easy to apply it. However, when you mastered it, you were able to far outmatch your opponents.

So what was the problem here? That this function did not come from the minds of the programmers or the company that launched the title. But of, on the contrary, a programming error. Ops.

FROM BUG TO GAMEPLAY

The truth is that, after making a mistake, you have two options. The option that seems most logical is to correct, of course. However, you can also take advantage of it.

When this happened, it took a while for there to be a consensus within Id Software. There were those who were in favor of fixing the bug. Others, a little more irreverent and revolutionary, bet on giving strength to this mechanic.

Let’s remember that, after all, although it was a way to obtain formidable results, this technique was not easy to apply, making it inconsistent in a normal game.

FROM BUG TO GAMEPLAY

Everything changed with the arrival of Quake Live, an installment of the previous title, completely free. In this version of the game, the programmers created a feature where you legitimately increased your speed by moving around by jumping.

Over time, this mechanic made its way out of Quake, and into games using the same engine: Call of Duty and Wolfenstein: Enemy Territory being some of the most popular examples. There were even games that used derivative engines that had to be edited to somewhat limit the benefits of using staff-jumping, as its use unbalanced player conditions.

And so, a simple programming error by some careless developer gave rise to a technique that marked the gameplay for that and future generations.

Interview With Zinetek Records Interview with Zintek Records

ZINETIK have just released their next smash hit Believe Me by GHISLANE. Remixing.info was fortunate enough to grab 5 minutes of ZINETIK’s part owner Leda and we asked him the following:

Remixing.info: Congratulations on the song “Believe Me”. I managed to have a listen to it and I really think the artists and tracks that you have at Zinetik Records are improving immensely with each recording.
Zinetik Records: Thanks a lot. We have got great expectations about this song! Besides producing a good track the quality itself of the production is extremely important in order to compete at a global level. For this reason we consider essential to be able to keep at least the quality level of the newest big productions.

Remixing.info: I read in your email that Believe Me is being distributed in Spain by Vale Music. This must be quite an achievement as Vale Music is the distributor for some big names like DJ Bobo, ATB, Voodoo and Serano. What other territories to you see Believe Me heading into???
Zinetik Records: We always try to set up collaborations with those labels that we know have got more chances to reach a large public audience, without leaving apart the quality and reliability of the productions themselves. Believe Me is a huge success here in Spain and after waiting for this result, we’ve just started moving it abroad. The first step for us is always Europe, because of is proximity and similarity, we are really having a good response so far. We’ve been just offered the chance to set a collaboration with ToCo International (thanks to the essential mediation of Subsonic Records in the person of Dennis Jones) to license it in the other continents…this can be HUGE!!!

Remixing.info: Zinetik Records has only been in operation for less than 3 years, what to you attribute to the success of the label???
Zinetik Records: We pay a great attention in the selection of each our productions that we release, dedicating to every single, all the time it needs to be at its best. Every member of the staff has a pretty long experience in the music field, since before the ZINETIK project started.

Remixing.info: Zinetik Records produces a radio show that is aired on a number of radio stations in Spain. Do you think this helps in producing better music?
Zinetik Records: Yes, it does without any doubts. It allows us to keep always up to date and to keep in contact with people. They are the ones that make a track successful or not, so that knowing what people like and what they ask for are essential in the music world.

Remixing.info: Now if someone is not a DJ or radio show producer how would you suggest that they break into the dance music scene???
Zinetik Records: The most important thing is to have good ideas and pay a great attention to detail. The rest comes along with it, step by step. At a first stage it’s really important to be patient and working hard till you can get a very good first track ready to release.

Remixing.info: The visitors here at remixing.info always like to know about what setups and software that remixers and producers are using. What hardware do you use??? (Eg. audio cards. Pre amps etc). Also what software and plug ins????
Zinetik Records: We use Apple Macintosh with hardware Protools HD2 as support. As a sequencer Logic Audio 5 and for the Audio the software Protools. We don’t use a mixing set, we mix everything with the computer.

Remixing.info: If someone wanted to start their own record label what would you suggest they do???
Zinetik Records: You have to keep well in mind what is your objective and what kind of production you want to release…and the most important thing is to be brave!!!

Remixing.info: What tips would you give an up and coming remixers/producer?
Zinetik Records: Never lose heart, even if the music world is pretty difficult and really selective. The competence as well is hard but it can give you lots of satisfaction….if working in the music field is your main aim and your dream with good productions and consistency, nothing is impossible.

Remixing.info: The visitors of remixing info would like you to part with some of your hard earned knowledge do you feel you could contribute to the remixing.info site in some way???
Zinetik Records: Let’s see…having a good sound library is really important. I’m always sampling other productions, finding new sounds and new ideas and then obviously I modify them with my own style.

Remixing.info: I wish you all the best with “Believe Me”. The videos porno is great and is heading for big things.
Zinetik Records: Thanks a lot for your interest in our production and in particularly in Believe Me…I hope that the visitors of remixing.info can take any advantage of what I wrote.

Just a quick footnote Subsonic Records and Zinetik Records could be joining forces for some new releases. This is great news as I am signed to Subsonic Records and will have the chance to work with the likes of Leda – DJ Scott-e.
